One account signs you in to Experience Dubai, Dubai Transfers and NWP Travel. Deleting it here deletes it in all three apps, not only Experience Dubai, and it cannot be undone. If you still have the app, you can do the same from Account, then Delete account.
What goes at once
- Your profile: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, language and currency.
- Your points, including any not yet confirmed. They are not paid out and cannot be restored.
- What you saved, the devices you signed in on and their notification settings.
- Your reviews, your answers to trip check-ins and surveys, and the details in your quote requests.
- Your name, contact details and travel documents on every booking that is not still to come.
What stays, and for how long
- Booking references and amounts, with no name attached, for as long as UAE record-keeping rules require. They are the company's financial record.
- On a booking that is still to come, the lead name, phone number and travel documents, so the driver or guide can find you. They are removed automatically the day after the trip.
Deleting your account does not cancel a booking: an upcoming trip still runs. To cancel one, contact us using the details on its confirmation before you delete.
