Fireworks views, gala tables and the transfers that make midnight painless. One booking covers the whole itinerary: hotels, private touring, transfers and the named entries, sequenced so each day builds on the last.
Every package is adjusted to your dates, pace and taste before anything is confirmed. Tell us who is travelling and we will shape it around you.
Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

The rhythm of the trip
Weeks out · Pick your midnight
Everything hangs on one decision: Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, Yas Island, or Abu Dhabi's Corniche and breakwater. We book the table, the viewing position and the route around that choice — and we do it early, because the city sells out.
31 December, daytime · Deliberately slow
A late breakfast, a swim, nothing ambitious. The roads tighten from early evening and the whole plan is built around being where you need to be before the closures start, not fighting them.
Evening · Dinner or gala
Seating at gala dinners typically starts around 20:00 to 21:00, and licensed venues serve through the night. Your driver drops you inside the closure ring while it is still a drive rather than a crawl.
Midnight · The show
Fireworks over the water, the skyline or the Burj itself, depending on the midnight you chose. You are already in position with a glass in hand rather than craning from a motorway hard shoulder.
00:30 · The painless exit
This is the part people actually pay for. A pre-agreed meeting point just outside the closure zone, a driver who has been staged there for an hour, and a quiet ride home while the taxi queues are still forming.
1 January · Recovery
A late checkout or a slow beach morning, transfers whenever you surface. We book nothing before noon on principle.
Insider tips
- Commit to one show. Trying to catch two is how people spend midnight on a motorway.
- Be inside your closure zone by early evening — think 19:00, not 22:00.
- Book 1 January as a nothing day. You will thank yourself.
- If your hotel room faces the show, a balcony beats almost any pavement position — tell us where you are staying and we will plan around it.
- Phone networks choke around midnight; agree the pick-up point and time with your driver before you get out of the car.
Questions, answered
Where are the best fireworks?
Downtown Dubai around the Burj Khalifa is the world-famous one; Yas Island and Abu Dhabi's Corniche run strong shows of their own, and Ras Al Khaimah has staged record-scale displays in recent years. We match the show to where you are staying — crossing the country at 22:00 on the 31st is not a plan.
How bad is the traffic, really?
Genuinely bad, with road closures around the main viewing areas from the evening onwards. This package exists because of it: we position you early, stage the car outside the closure ring, and agree the exit before you leave the hotel.
Do we have to book a gala dinner?
No — public viewing areas exist and cost nothing, but they fill hours before midnight and you will stand. A table buys you a seat, food, facilities and a fixed spot. We are happy to build either version.
Can we bring children?
To the fireworks, absolutely — though midnight is late for small ones, so we can plan a viewpoint with a fast exit instead. Some gala dinners are adult-oriented; we check each venue's child policy before booking.
What should we wear?
Galas typically ask for smart or cocktail dress. Outdoors, bring a light layer — New Year nights here usually sit in the mid-teens, which surprises people who packed for the desert.
What about drinks at midnight?
Licensed venues serve throughout the night, and gala tables generally include or offer drinks packages. Drinking in public spaces is illegal, so the champagne stays at the table — plan your midnight accordingly.
What happens after you book
You get a confirmation straight away, with the reference and everything included in writing.
The evening before, your driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact pickup time and their name.
On the day they are early, the water is cold, and the plan bends to you. Pay then, or in advance — your call.
