Good to know
Yes. Private tours are priced per vehicle: one price covers up to 7 guests in the standard car, and every other car shows its own price and seats. Two people or 7 pay the same figure. Shared tours and dated tickets are priced per person instead, and the listing says which.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before travel on tours, with a full refund. Closer to the day a share of the price applies, set out in the cancellation policy; message us first and we will always try to move the booking instead. Dated attraction tickets exchange rather than refund.
Yes. You pay by card when you book. The charge is in UAE dirhams; other currencies on the site are an approximate conversion at that day's rate. Dated attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued and may be exchanged where the attraction allows it.
Yes. We collect from hotels and addresses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including Downtown, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah and Abu Dhabi city hotels. Each tour states the pickup areas it covers. Airport kerbside pickup is a transfer, quoted on Dubai Transfers, not as the start of a sightseeing day.
Experience Dubai is a Meydan Free Zone-licensed Dubai operator (licence 2654499.01). Driving is done by licensed transport partners. A licensed tour guide can be added to a private booking. Specialist activities such as desert camps and marine trips are delivered by permitted partners under their own licences, with your driver alongside you.
Child and booster seats are free on request. Tell us each child's age when you book so the right seat is in the car at pickup. UAE law requires an appropriate seat for young children; we will not guess ages. If you already have your own seat, say so and we will leave ours off.
No: we brief you before arrival and the mosque provides appropriate covering where needed. Shoulders and knees covered is the baseline.
Charges are always in AED. The site can show prices in over 150 currencies at daily rates, so you can see roughly what you are paying before you commit.
