Free cancellation up to 7 days before travel on tours, with a full refund. No forms and no fees: message us on WhatsApp or email trade@nwp.ae with your booking reference and we process the refund to your original payment method. Inside that window, pay-on-day bookings simply close with nothing owed.

On the luxury cars the final band opens at 48 hours rather than 24, because a late release does not re-let. Every tour shows the exact terms of the car you choose before you book.
A coach or minibus is committed weeks out, so its windows are wider: free up to 45 days before travel, then:
That said: tell us what happened. Where we can re-sell the slot or move your date, we do, and the charge falls away.
A dated entry ticket is issued by the attraction for that date and is not refunded; where the attraction allows it, we exchange it for another date. The ticket page says so before you book.
Moving a tour to another date is free. A move does not reset the clock: if a moved tour is later cancelled, the charge is at least what cancelling would have cost on the day it was moved.
Weather, authority closures or vehicle issues on our side mean a full refund or a free re-book, your choice, with an explanation. A specialist activity run by a partner operator follows that operator's own policy, which its page states.
If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep your phone reachable on travel day and this never happens.
A package refunds in full if you cancel 60 days or more before travel. From 31 to 59 days before, 25% of the price is charged; from 15 to 30 days, 50%; inside 14 days, the full price.
Over Christmas, New Year and other dates when the whole city is sold out, the full refund window is 60 days and after it nothing is refunded, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are made in AED, the currency charged, so your bank's own rate may differ from an amount shown in another currency.
