Who we are
Experience Dubai (experiencedubai.ae) is operated by NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2654499.01, Formation No. 2654499). On this page, “we” means that company.
We do not own vehicles. Transport is delivered by licensed third-party operators and chauffeurs that we engage.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of Experience Dubai (experiencedubai.ae) and the bookings you make through it. By booking you accept them, together with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. They do not take away rights that UAE consumer law gives you.
What we provide
- Tours, transfers, chauffeur services, attraction tickets and packages, as listed on the site.
- Transport is delivered by licensed third-party operators and chauffeurs that we engage; the company owns no vehicles.
- Specialist activities (desert camps, marine, adventure, photography) are run by permitted partner operators under their own licences and insurance.
- Itineraries can flex with traffic, weather and closures ordered by the authorities; when a stop is unavailable we substitute fairly.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a reference. Check it and tell us of any error straight away.
- Give accurate information, including names, flight numbers and contact details, and be reachable at pickup.
- Payment is due as your confirmation says, unless we have agreed another method in writing.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars by default. Other currencies are shown for information, at the daily rate displayed.
- The charge is made in UAE dirhams (AED); your booking records the AED amount and the rate used.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store a full card number.
- Private products are priced per vehicle up to the stated capacity; per-person products say so.
- Your own bank may add its own conversion fees.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation charges and refunds are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Using the site and the services
- Observe venue dress codes and safety instructions. Age and health limits on adventure activities are the operator's and are enforced without exception.
- Acceptable use: do not scrape the site or send automated bulk requests, try to break its security, submit false or abusive content, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Do not resell our content or listings without our written agreement.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where UAE law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as traffic, weather or closures ordered by the authorities.

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Do not copy them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
