Insider tips

Land after dark and the Grand Mosque is floodlit near the motorway into town — ask your driver which side to watch. It is a better first impression than any hotel lobby.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Where exactly do we meet at the airport?

In the arrivals hall at Zayed International, immediately after you clear customs — your driver holds a name board and is genuinely hard to miss. If anything is unclear you will have a direct contact number to message. No car parks, no phone-in-the-air wandering.

How long is the drive to the city?

Typically around 30 to 45 minutes to most downtown and Corniche hotels, depending on traffic and exactly where you are staying. Saadiyat and Yas Island hotels are often quicker. Your confirmation will give a realistic estimate for your specific hotel.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes — tell us the children's ages at booking and we fit appropriate seats. The UAE requires proper child restraints for young children, so this is not optional kit, and we would rather set it up properly than improvise at arrivals.

How much luggage fits in the car?

The Kia Carnival comfortably swallows a family's worth of cases. If you are travelling five or more with large luggage, or with golf bags or a pram, mention it when booking so we configure the seats accordingly. Honest answer: there is a limit, and we would rather plan for it than meet it.

My flight lands at 03:00 — is that a problem?
