City to city, hotel to hotel — a fixed-price private car between any two emirates. This is a fully private experience in the Emirates, border to border: your own vehicle, your own driver-guide, and an itinerary that flexes on the day.
Your driver meets you at the pickup point, loads the luggage and handles the road. The price is fixed when you book — no surge, no meter anxiety.
The point of a good transfer is that nothing about it is memorable: the car is waiting, the driver knows the terminal, and the price was settled when you booked.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

How it works
Name your two points
Any address to any address, across any two emirates — hotel to hotel, home to hotel, office to resort. We confirm one fixed price and a pickup time built around the day's traffic. No meters, and no recalculating as the motorway rolls by.
Confirmed before you sleep
Ahead of the day you receive your driver's details and the car — our Kia Carnival with a driver-guide who knows both ends of the route. Need to nudge the pickup time? Message us and we adjust.
The lobby meet
Your driver is at reception at the agreed time, and the bags are no longer your problem. Checking out of one hotel and into another is the errand; we make it the easy part of the day.
The drive between cities
Emirate-to-emirate runs are single motorway legs — Dubai to Abu Dhabi typically around 90 minutes, other pairings vary. No borders, no checkpoints, cold water on board. Work, sleep or quiz the driver-guide about your next city; all three are encouraged.
Arrival at the door
We drop you at the entrance of your next hotel or address and hand the bags to the bell desk, not the pavement. If your room is not ready, your driver-guide can point you to a good coffee within walking distance. Then the next leg of the trip belongs to you.
Insider tips
- Travel mid-morning or early afternoon and you will dodge both rush hours — the motorway is a different road at 10:30 than at 08:00.
- Turn the move into the day's sightseeing: an en-route stop arranged at booking costs less time than you think, and the Grand Mosque sits conveniently close to the Dubai–Abu Dhabi run.
- Keep passports and valuables in the cabin with you, not the boot — for hotel check-in speed, not security theatre.
- Ask the driver-guide for a two-minute briefing on your destination city as you arrive. It beats an hour of scrolling by the hotel pool.
- If you click with your driver-guide, ask for them by name for your next tour. Regulars do exactly this, and it is allowed.
Questions, answered
Do we need any documents to travel between emirates?
No — the emirates are one country, so there are no borders or checkpoints on the road. Keep your passport in your day bag anyway, because the next hotel will ask for it at check-in. That is the only paperwork in the whole journey.
Can we stop somewhere on the way?
Short comfort stops, always — just ask. If you want a genuine sightseeing pause, such as the Grand Mosque when passing through Abu Dhabi, tell us at booking so we schedule the time properly. For mosque visits, dress modestly; abayas can be borrowed there, and non-Muslim visitors are welcome outside prayer times.
How far in advance should we book?
A day or two ahead is comfortable for most routes; more notice helps for dawn pickups or busy holiday weekends. Same-day requests are sometimes possible, but we would rather promise what we can guarantee. When in doubt, ask — the answer is quick.
Can you collect from a private address rather than a hotel?
Yes — homes, offices, marinas, anywhere with a pin. Send the location and any gate or security instructions with the booking. The driver will message on approach so you are not watching the window.
How much luggage can we bring for a hotel-to-hotel move?
The Carnival handles a full family move between hotels — large cases, a pram, the airport shopping. If you are travelling five or more with everything you own, say so and we will plan the configuration. We would rather know about the extra golf bag on Tuesday than meet it on Thursday.
When is traffic at its worst?
Weekday mornings heading into Dubai and late afternoons out of it are the slow windows; Abu Dhabi's peaks are milder but real. We factor the day's pattern into your recommended pickup time. Mid-morning and early afternoon are generally the kindest slots.
What happens after you book
You get a confirmation straight away, with the reference and everything included in writing.
The evening before, your driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact pickup time and their name.
On the day they are early, the water is cold, and the plan bends to you. Pay then, or in advance — your call.
