What we need from you
- A passport with at least six months left on it, photo page scanned in colour
- A recent passport-style photograph on a white background
- Your confirmed arrival date, or your flight booking if you have one
- The address you will be staying at in the UAE, hotel or private
How long it takes
Most tourist visas are approved within three to five working days. Send your documents as early as you reasonably can: an application submitted the week before you fly leaves no room for a query, and queries are the usual reason a straightforward visa turns slow.
The honest part
Approval is the decision of the UAE immigration authority, not ours. We can make an application complete, accurate and on time, and that is what most refusals turn on. We cannot promise an outcome, and you should be wary of anyone who does. If an application is refused for a reason that was ours to catch, we refund our handling in full.
Overstaying carries a daily fine set by the authority. If your plans change while you are here, tell us before your visa expires and we will tell you what your options actually are.
Booking a tour at the same time
If you are booking travel with us, mention the visa when you book and we will handle both together, so your arrival transfer and your entry are working from the same dates.
