- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Guide notes for this programme
- The Grand Mosque's white marble is fierce at midday and glorious in late afternoon. If photography matters to you, ask your driver-guide about visiting towards dusk instead.
- Prone to motion sickness? Claim the front seat for the dune drive and keep your eyes on the horizon. It genuinely works.
- At the Louvre, give the dome itself twenty unhurried minutes. The rain-of-light effect under Nouvel's canopy is half the reason the building exists.
- Ask your driver-guide to stop for karak chai between sights. It costs next to nothing, and it is the most Emirati fifteen minutes of the trip.
- Empty your shoes before getting back in the car after the desert. You will still find sand in your luggage in three months, but less of it.

What is the dress code for the Grand Mosque?
Shoulders and knees covered for everyone, with loose, non-transparent clothing; women's hair is covered inside. Abayas and head coverings can be borrowed at the mosque if you arrive unprepared. Non-Muslim visitors are entirely welcome outside prayer times, and your driver-guide times the visit around them.
What is actually included, and what is not?
All transfers, all listed entries and the scheduled dinners across the three days, plus your driver-guide throughout. Not included: personal shopping, spa time, drinks beyond what a venue's package covers, and optional desert add-ons such as quad biking, which run through our partner operators. We will give you the exact inclusion list in writing before you book.
Is the dune drive rough? One of us gets motion sick.
It can be spirited, but the intensity is adjustable: tell the driver and the drive becomes a scenic cruise over the dunes rather than a rollercoaster. The nauseous traveller should take the front seat and watch the horizon. Nobody is obliged to enjoy being airborne.
Does this work with children?
Yes, well. Car seats are arranged in advance, the desert camp is genuinely family-friendly, and the pacing has enough gaps for naps and pools. Tell us ages at booking; it changes how we time the mosque and how gentle we make the dunes.
Is alcohol available at the dinners?
Only licensed venues in the UAE serve alcohol, and where your included dinner is at one, you can order drinks at your own cost. The desert camp evening is typically not a licensed venue, so plan for that night to be dry. We are happy to confirm which of your venues are licensed before you book.
What should we pack for three days?
One modest outfit for the mosque, sunglasses and sunscreen for everything, and closed shoes you do not mind filling with sand. From roughly November to March, bring a warm layer: desert evenings turn genuinely cold after dark. The rest is standard holiday wardrobe.
