Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Guide notes for this programme
- Do the mosque first thing in the morning: it is cooler, quieter, and the white marble photographs best before the light hardens.
- Pick your Yas park by season: in the hotter months Warner Bros. World is entirely indoors, and Yas Waterworld makes sense when you actively want to be wet.
- Book flights that land in the morning if you can: day one becomes a real day instead of a transfer.
- Bring a light layer for the desert evening; the dunes cool quickly after sunset, especially in winter.
- Tell us dietary preferences at booking so the camp BBQ and lunch stops are sorted before you land, not negotiated at the buffet.

What class of hotel is it?
A solid, well-located property chosen for value rather than chandeliers. The exact hotel is named in your proposal before you confirm, and upgrades to a higher category are available if you want them.
Can I book this as a single traveller?
Yes. Single-occupancy pricing is confirmed at booking, and the touring works exactly the same with one of you as with six.
Can we change the order of the days?
Yes, and you should if it suits you. The five-day arc above is our sensible default; we rebuild it around your flights, the weather and your energy at no drama.
Are there children's prices?
Yes: children's rates exist for the package and for the individual attractions, and they are confirmed at booking based on ages and the parks you choose.
Is the desert evening suitable for everyone?
The camp, sunset and BBQ suit almost all ages. The dune drive is the spirited part. Tell us about young children, back problems or pregnancy and we arrange a gentler route or a direct camp transfer.
