The programme
What this trip is
This is the package for travellers who want the whole trip handled without paying palace prices. Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road puts you in the middle of everything: Burj Khalifa a few minutes away, the metro at the door, and a rooftop pool with a skyline view that flatly outclasses the room rate.
What makes it ours: a Kia Carnival with your own driver, on call for the full five days. Airport arrival, every tour, every dinner, every 'can we stop here?': one car, one driver who learns how you like to travel, zero taxis.
Build the trip your way with add-ons at booking: an evening desert safari, the Abu Dhabi day with the Grand Mosque, a dhow dinner, theme-park tickets. The base price covers hotel, breakfast, the car and driver, and airport transfers both ways; everything else is your call.
Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Full refund up to sixty days before travel, and you can pay on the day.

arranged for you and quoted separately, because the premium depends on your ages, dates and cover

Not included: Visa fees where a visa is needed
the authority sets these by passport and length of stay, and we quote them with your proposal
Quoted in writing before anything is confirmed
Travel insurance and any visa fees are quoted with your written proposal, before anything is confirmed. A premium depends on your ages, your dates and the level of cover you want; a visa fee is set by the authority and depends on the passport and the length of stay. Neither figure can sit honestly inside a headline price, so neither is buried in one, and nothing is added at the payment page.
This programme is priced per person on double occupancy, and is adjusted to your dates and party before confirmation.
Add-on
A chauffeur on the free days
This programme includes a car and driver on every touring day. For the days in between, add a chauffeur by the day, in the car you choose.
Touring days already include the car, so a chauffeur is only ever charged on days without a tour.
Beyond the car
Arrive by private jet, or land at the hotel by helicopter
Two ways to open or close this programme that skip the road entirely. Both are quoted to the day and the aircraft, so there is no fixed price to publish, only a real one once we know the mission.
Private jet charter
The aircraft chartered to your dates and party, ground handling arranged at both ends, so the programme can open or close from almost anywhere rather than wherever a schedule happens to fly.
Contact for pricingAsk about thisHelicopter, straight to the hotel
Skip the transfer entirely: a helicopter from the airport direct to the hotel's own helipad where the property allows it, arranged around your programme's arrival.

Four Points by Sheraton, Sheikh Zayed Road
The smart base: location and a rooftop view, priced honestly
The Four Points on Sheikh Zayed Road is the base savvy travellers pick: a solid four-star Marriott-family hotel planted in the exact middle of the city, with the World Trade Centre metro at walking distance and Downtown ten minutes down the strip. The rooftop pool looks straight at the Burj Khalifa: a view hotels three times the price would bill you for.
In this package it does exactly one job: give you a clean, comfortable, perfectly-located room so the budget goes where it should: the days themselves, and the Kia Carnival with your own driver waiting downstairs.

- Rooftop pool with the Burj Khalifa dead ahead
- The whole city within fifteen minutes
- Budget spent on days, not thread count
- Rooms
- ~250 comfortable four-star rooms; breakfast included in your package
- Rooftop

- Dining
- All-day international restaurant plus the rooftop lounge; the whole city's dining a short drive away

- Location
- Sheikh Zayed Road: Downtown ~10 min, DXB ~15 min, Museum of the Future up the strip
- The car
- Your Kia Carnival and driver are on call the whole stay: airport, tours, dinners, whims

Your transfers, and a late flight
This programme's price carries your transfers. Which of them meets you at the airport is fixed in your written proposal, and this is the service any of them runs on, including what happens when the plane is late.
Specification taken from our Dubai Airport Transfer listing, which is the service this programme's transfers run on.
Read the Dubai Airport Transfer listingCancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.
What to bring
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
- Comfortable shoes
Tell us at enquiry about wheelchairs, walking aids, prams, dietary needs or anything that changes the pace. The programme is re-sequenced around it before it is confirmed, rather than apologised for on the day.
Who to call
One coordinator runs your programme from the moment it is confirmed to the airport drop, on WhatsApp. Same thread for a changed plan, a late flight or a table you would rather move; you never re-explain the trip to someone new.
Guide notes for this programme
- Treat your driver as a local fixer, not just a chauffeur. Ask him where he eats; the answer is usually better than anything on the first page of the review apps.
- Do the desert and other outdoor bookings early in the trip. If weather or dust shifts a plan, you still have days in hand to move it.
- Follow the heat, not the guidebook order: old Dubai and the souks in the morning, malls and indoor attractions at midday, downtown and the marina after dark.
- Carry small cash for the souks and the abra crossing, and haggle cheerfully: opening prices in the souks are an invitation, not a verdict. Card works almost everywhere else.
- If you want a sunset observation-deck slot, tell us at booking. Those times go first, and pre-arranged beats queueing in every season.
Asked and answered
Questions guests ask about this programme
The questions that actually come in about Dubai Value Package: 5 Nights, answered against the itinerary rather than around it.
What exactly is included?
Five nights at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road and the Kia Carnival with your own driver throughout the stay, including airport transfers both ways. Attraction tickets are not bundled in by default, which is part of how the package stays good value. Tell us your wish list at booking and we will add entries to suit.
How many hours a day do we have the driver?
Generous full-day coverage, with the exact shape agreed between you and your driver each evening for the next day. It is not a 24-hour taxi, and very late nights should be flagged in advance, but we have yet to meet a sensible plan the arrangement could not fit. We will set clear expectations at booking so there are no surprises.
How many people fit in the car?
The Carnival seats up to seven passengers. With full airport luggage, six travel more comfortably; day to day around the city, seven is fine. If your group is larger, ask us before booking rather than attempting human Tetris at arrivals.
Is the Four Points actually a good base?
For this package, yes. It is a well-run, unflashy four-star sitting right on Sheikh Zayed Road, which puts downtown minutes away and the rest of the city within easy reach of your car. If you want a resort you never leave, this is the wrong package; if you want to see Dubai, it is the right one.
Is this workable in summer?
Yes, with the day shaped around the heat. Outdoor sights go early morning or after dark, air-conditioned attractions fill the middle, and the car is cool door to door, which matters more than people expect. Your driver will pace things without being asked.
Should we tip the driver?
Tips are never expected and always appreciated, and there is no correct number. If your driver has spent five days quietly making your holiday easier, do what feels right at the end. Cash is the practical way to do it.
Not answered here? Ask before you book, and the written proposal answers it again, in writing, before anything is confirmed.
