Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

- Take the desert on night one: jet lag makes the early finish welcome, and it leaves night two free for a proper dinner.
- Pack for the mosque before you fly: light long layers and a scarf beat improvising at the entrance.
- Flying out late on day two? Say so: we run the day long and keep your luggage with the vehicle until drop-off.
- Desert evenings cool off fast after sunset, even in warm months; a light jumper in your day bag earns its place.

What exactly is included?

What class of hotel is it?
Value class: clean, well located and honest about what it is, because that is what keeps the price where it is. We name the exact property on your proposal before you commit, and upgrading the hotel is always an option.
I am travelling alone. What changes?
Nothing except the room maths: hotel rooms price per room, so a single supplement typically applies. We quote it upfront on the proposal, never as a surprise. The tour seats price per person either way.
Are the tours private or shared?
Shared where shared exists: that means other travellers, pickup windows rather than exact minutes, and a group pace. It is how the price stays this honest. Private Carnival upgrades are available on any block.
Can I change the days around?
Yes. Swap Dubai for Yas, move the desert to the second evening, shuffle the mornings: all fine before arrival, and often on the ground too. Two days is tight, so decide your day-two pick early.
Does this work with children?
It does: family rooms and child seats can be arranged, and children's rates exist for the activities and are confirmed at booking. Tell us ages when you enquire so the desert evening is set up appropriately.
