Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

- If sand is your headline, say so at enquiry: the desert block can grow into a longer session with the partner operators.
- Carry your scarf and long layers on day one rather than packed deep; the mosque comes early in the arc.
- Weekday beats weekend for the Dubai run: the traffic difference is real and it is your holiday hour being spent.

What exactly do I get for the price?
Hotel nights, airport and tour transport, and every activity and entry printed on the itinerary, including the safari dinner. Flights are not included, and meals beyond those stated depend on the hotel board basis, which is confirmed at booking. No line item is left vague.
Which hotel will I be in?
A value-class property: comfortable, well placed, and honest about being the sensible option rather than the flashy one. It is named on your proposal before any money moves. Hotel upgrades are quoted on request.
Shared tours or private?
The base build uses shared departures, which means sharing the vehicle, working to pickup windows, and moving at group pace. That is what makes the number work. Any day converts to a private Carnival for a quoted difference.
Can I rearrange the days?
Freely, before arrival, and usually after it. The desert flips between evenings easily; the Dubai day is the one to anchor around your energy and flight times. Tell us and we re-cut it.
Is there a single supplement?
Typically yes, because the room prices per room rather than per person. It appears as its own line on the proposal so you can see exactly what solo costs. Activities stay per-person regardless.
What about visas?
Not included, and we do not arrange them: entry requirements depend on your nationality, so check them with official sources before booking flights. Everything inside the UAE, we handle.
