- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

- Book the festive brunch weeks ahead: Eid tables are the first thing in the country to sell out.
- Do big attractions at opening time; local families tend to arrive from late afternoon onwards.
- Expect heavy traffic around the malls after dark: build slack into evening plans or simply eat first and shop late.
- Watch for the fireworks announcements a few days out and stay flexible on which evening you use for them.

When exactly is Eid?
There are two (Eid Al Fitr ends Ramadan and Eid Al Adha follows around ten weeks later) and both depend on the moon sighting, with holiday dates confirmed shortly beforehand. We build the itinerary to flex a day either way, so a late announcement never breaks your plans.
How crowded will it be?
The malls, parks and big restaurants, genuinely crowded: this is the national holiday. The fix is timing: attractions at opening, beaches and desert mid-holiday, and everything pre-booked. Mornings remain remarkably calm everywhere.
Is anything closed for Eid?
Almost nothing: Eid is the opposite of a shutdown. Attractions, malls and restaurants are fully open and hours often extend into the night. Government offices close, which will not affect your holiday.
Is this a good package for children?
One of the best times to bring them. Eid is a family holiday at heart, so there is children's entertainment everywhere, and our Kia Carnival takes child seats. Tell us ages when you book and we fit them.
Will there be fireworks?
Usually across several nights and several locations, announced in the days before the holiday. We follow the announcements and slot the best-placed show into your evenings rather than promising a specific display in advance.
What should we wear?
Smart-casual with a modest lean: shoulders and knees covered is a safe default in malls and public spaces. If you visit the Grand Mosque, its usual code applies and abayas can be borrowed on site.
