- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

- Time the Museum of Islamic Art for late afternoon and walk the park's crescent at dusk: that is the Doha skyline photograph.
- Souq Waqif is a different place after dark; go in the evening and skip it at midday.
- Give the National Museum's exterior a full circuit before you go in: the building is half the exhibit.
- Order karak tea in the souq lanes like a local; it is the city's unofficial welcome.
- Book the Doha hotels early if your dates touch a motorsport or major event weekend: the city is compact and fills quickly.

Do we need a visa for Qatar?
Many nationalities enter Qatar visa-free or with a visa on arrival, but it varies by passport and the UAE and Qatar run entirely separate immigration. We confirm the requirements for your nationality before any flights are ticketed.
How long is the flight to Doha?
Around an hour in the air from Abu Dhabi or Dubai. With check-in and transfers it consumes about half a day, which is why we schedule morning flights and keep the arrival afternoon light.
Is Doha just another Dubai?
No, and that is the point of the combination. Doha is smaller, calmer and museum-led: if Dubai is the spectacle, Doha is the gallery. Three days there feels considered rather than thin.
What currency will we need?
The Qatari riyal, which sits close to the dirham in value, so no mental gymnastics required. Cards work almost everywhere; keep a little cash for Souq Waqif.
What is the dress code in Qatar?
The same modest logic as the UAE: shoulders and knees covered in museums, souqs and public buildings, with lighter rules at hotel pools and beaches. Bring a layer for the air-conditioning, which takes no prisoners in either country.
Is alcohol available in Doha?
Only in licensed hotel venues, as in the UAE, and never in public spaces. If evening drinks matter to your trip, tell us and we will place your hotel accordingly.
