Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Guide notes for this programme
- Use day three's free morning properly: sleep in or take a slow breakfast, because the desert evening runs late and is better met rested.
- Pack one mosque-ready outfit: shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women: and wear comfortable shoes under it; the mosque complex involves more walking than photos suggest.
- If the Louvre Abu Dhabi tempts you, claim day four for it at proposal stage rather than on the ground: timed entry rewards planning.
- Between roughly November and March, bring a layer for the desert camp; the sand loses its heat quickly after sunset.
- Tell us one specific wish when you book: a dish, a view, a photograph you have seen. The spare hours exist precisely so we can fit it in.

What is included in the four days?
Hotel for the stay, airport transfers, all ground transport in our Kia Carnival, and every activity on your confirmed itinerary, including the desert BBQ evening. Flights and entry requirements are excluded. The booking confirmation itemises every inclusion so there are no surprises.
What class of hotel should we expect?
A dependable, well-located property, named in your proposal before any payment so you can read the reviews yourself. This line spends your budget on the days out; if you want a more indulgent base, ask about upgrades when you enquire.
Can we rearrange or swap days?
Yes, day by day at booking. The order above is the shape that works for most guests, not a rule. Day four is the most flexible; the desert evening and any timed attractions are the pieces that need the most notice.
Is four days the right length for Abu Dhabi?
For the capital alone, it is the comfortable length: the icons, the desert and Yas without doubling anything up, plus genuine free time. Wanting Dubai as well is the usual reason to look at our longer multi-city packages instead.
Does the package work for solo travellers?
Yes, and the pacing suits it well. Single occupancy affects the price, stated plainly in your proposal. Everything else runs identically.
Do children pay less, and are car seats available?
Child rates exist and are confirmed at booking once we have ages, since each hotel and attraction sets its own. Car seats for the Carnival are available on request; just say so when you enquire.
