Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Guide notes for this programme
- Split your two Yas days across the week rather than back to back: theme-park legs are real.
- Friday mornings are the quiet window at many attractions; weekends here run Saturday and Sunday, and residents fill the parks then.
- The Louvre rewards a slow two to three hours: do not bolt it onto a park day, which is why we gave it its own morning.
- For the mosque, wear something loose and light in natural fabric; you will be far more comfortable than in borrowed cover-ups.
- If a birthday or anniversary falls inside the six days, say so at booking: small arrangements are easy when we know in advance.

Can we change days once we have arrived?
Within reason, yes. Timed-entry attractions need notice, but swapping a park day for a beach day usually just takes a message the evening before.
Does the package work for a solo traveller?
Yes: single-occupancy pricing is confirmed at booking and the itinerary runs identically.
Are children's prices available?
Yes, for the package and for the parks: confirmed at booking once we know ages and which attractions you have chosen.
Which meals are included?
The desert camp dinner is included; other meals depend on the hotel plan you choose. Your proposal states each day's meals explicitly so there is no guessing.
