Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Guide notes for this programme
- Put the waterpark on the day after the desert: you will want the slow morning either side of both.
- Check the Yas parks' seasonal hours when we build your proposal; evening sessions in the hot months change which day suits which park.
- Carry your passport or Emirates ID for attraction entry days; some gates ask, and it saves a return trip.
- The mosque also opens in the evening: if your morning is taken, ask us about a dusk visit when the courtyard lights come on.
- Use day seven honestly: if you already know you will want Ferrari World twice, tell us at booking and we bake it in.

What kind of hotel is it?
A well-located, honest property picked for value: named in the proposal before you pay, with category upgrades quoted on request.
Can we swap a day for a Dubai trip?
Yes. The package is Abu Dhabi at heart, but a Dubai day is a common substitution and we simply quote the difference in your proposal.
I am travelling alone; is that a problem?
None at all. Single-occupancy pricing is confirmed at booking and every day runs the same.
Are there children's prices?
Yes: for the package and the individual parks, confirmed at booking against ages and your chosen attractions.
How locked-in is the day order?
Barely. Timed entries need a little notice, but the order above is a default we expect to bend: around your flights, the weather and how the children are holding up.
