6 days of tours and experiences bundled at the sharp price: you book the bed, we run the days. One booking covers every day of activity (private touring, transfers between them and the named entries) sequenced so each day builds on the last. The bed is yours to choose; we work around whichever hotel you pick.
Every package is adjusted to your dates, pace and taste before anything is confirmed. Tell us who is travelling and we will shape it around you.
Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Full refund up to sixty days before travel, and you can pay on the day.

Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Tell us at enquiry about wheelchairs, walking aids, prams, dietary needs or anything that changes the pace. The programme is re-sequenced around it before it is confirmed, rather than apologised for on the day.

One coordinator runs your programme from the moment it is confirmed to the airport drop, on WhatsApp. Same thread for a changed plan, a late flight or a table you would rather move; you never re-explain the trip to someone new.
Guide notes for this programme
- Leave days 5 and 6 loosely planned on purpose: by day 4 you will know exactly what kind of traveller you turned out to be.
- Upgrade the Dubai day to private if any day at all: it is the longest, and a car that leaves when you are ready changes it completely.
- Alternate big and small days when you reshuffle; two ten-hour days back to back is a rookie sequencing error we will talk you out of.
- Pack for three climates: air-conditioned museums, open dunes at dusk and midday sun. Layers beat outfits.
- If a waterpark is in your plan, put it on the day after the desert: sand out, chlorine in, and your camera gets a rest day.

What exactly is included?
All listed activities and experiences, hotel-to-activity transport throughout, the entry tickets named in your plan, guiding on tour days and the desert BBQ. Hotel, flights and everyday meals are yours. The confirmation itemises everything, so the price you see is the arrangement you get.
Six days feels long. Is there downtime?
Built in, on purpose. Free mornings sit before the desert and inside the final stretch, and any day can be softened further. The bundle is a frame, not a forced march.
Can we split the base between Abu Dhabi and Dubai?
Yes: many six-day guests move hotels mid-trip and we redraw the transport around the switch. Tell us both bookings and the handover day, and the plan bends to it.
Shared or private days?
Shared departures are the default and the reason the price is sharp: shared means sharing pickup windows and the group's pace. Any day upgrades to private in our Kia Carnival, and the long Dubai day is the one most guests choose to upgrade.
How does this work with children?
Six days is the family sweet spot: parks, sand, a museum and rest, without cramming. Dune bashing carries young-age and pregnancy cautions with a gentle route to camp instead. Children's pricing across activities is confirmed at booking once we have ages.
Can we decide days 5 and 6 after we arrive?
Mostly, yes. Keep them open and choose mid-trip; we will flag which options need timed tickets booked ahead (the Museum of the Future and the big parks are the usual ones) and lock those the moment you decide.
