Atlantis, The Palm is the hotel that put the Palm Jumeirah on postcards: a vast pink arch straddling the crescent, wrapped around a private beach, an aquarium and one of the biggest waterparks in the world. If your trip has children in it, this is very often the whole answer.

Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

Guide notes for this programme
- Send your flight numbers as soon as you have them: the whole first and last day is built around the real times, not the ones on the booking.
- Ask your coordinator for the room request in writing at booking rather than at check-in: it carries much more weight forty days out than forty minutes out.
- Keep one full day with nothing in it. The resort is a large part of what you are paying for and it is a waste to only see it at breakfast.
- November to March is the season this trip is built for. Summer is genuinely hot and we will tell you honestly what that changes.

Is the price really per person?
Yes, per person on twin share. Solo travellers pay a single supplement because the room cost does not halve; families and groups usually pay less per head, because the vehicle cost does. Tell us the party and we will quote the actual number rather than a from-price.
Can we change the itinerary?
Yes, and most guests do. The days above are a shape rather than a contract: swap the desert for a second beach day, add Abu Dhabi, drop the Burj if heights are not your thing. Because the car and driver are yours for the whole stay, changing your mind costs nothing.
Do we get the same driver throughout?
Yes, wherever the schedule allows, and you get their name and number before you land. Continuity is most of what makes a private trip feel private: by day three they know how you travel.
What if we want a different room category?
Every room type at Atlantis, The Palm can be quoted. The package price above is built on the entry category with breakfast; upgrades are quoted as a difference rather than repriced from scratch, so you can see exactly what the better room costs.
Are flights included?
No. Hotel, transfers, the private vehicle and the activities are included; flights are not, and never have been in any package we sell. Book them yourself, send us the numbers, and the arrival and departure days are built around your real times.
