FIVE Palm Jumeirah does not pretend to be restful and we will not pretend either. It is a party hotel with a serious beach club, a pool scene that runs all afternoon and a rooftop that runs long after. The rooms are large, the balconies face the water, and the music is part of the product.
Booked deliberately, it is excellent: a young couple or a group who want Dubai at full volume will have a better time here than in any quiet five-star. Your driver becomes genuinely useful the morning after.

Cancelling, changing, and if a day goes wrong
- Beyond sixty days a programme refunds in full to the original payment method. From thirty-one to sixty days, 75%. From fifteen to thirty days, 50%.
- Inside fourteen days a programme is charged in full, because rooms and inter-city cars are already committed. Over Christmas, New Year and Eid that becomes sixty days, because the rooms themselves are bought non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, an authority closure, a vehicle problem), you choose a full refund or a free re-book, and you get the reason in writing. Partner-operated activities are held to the same standard.
- If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of the pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.

- Keep one full day with nothing in it. The resort is a large part of what you are paying for and it is a waste to only see it at breakfast.

Can we change the itinerary?
Yes, and most guests do. The days above are a shape rather than a contract: swap the desert for a second beach day, add Abu Dhabi, drop the Burj if heights are not your thing. Because the car and driver are yours for the whole stay, changing your mind costs nothing.
Do we get the same driver throughout?
Yes, wherever the schedule allows, and you get their name and number before you land. Continuity is most of what makes a private trip feel private: by day three they know how you travel.

Every room type at FIVE Palm Jumeirah can be quoted. The package price above is built on the entry category with breakfast; upgrades are quoted as a difference rather than repriced from scratch, so you can see exactly what the better room costs.
Are flights included?
No. Hotel, transfers, the private vehicle and the activities are included; flights are not, and never have been in any package we sell. Book them yourself, send us the numbers, and the arrival and departure days are built around your real times.
